I have 20 years experience in running the progressive UK Midlands MSP Abussi Ltd - a business in which I maintain ongoing involvement and which continues to grow.
I've been told that my reputation in the MSP community is as a focused, plain speaking and practical IT business owner.
How do I help ?
Importantly, I have a strong belief that small amounts of practical help can transform the fortunes of many small IT businesses and that many small IT businesses suffer from not implementing some small changes
Good documentation, engaging with clients and building lasting relationships is the key to business success. I enjoy working with IT business owners who are positive about business change and keen to learn through personal development and growth.
A transformation in the way IT services are delivered over the past 10 years presents challenges for traditional IT companies who need to adapt and change to new ways of working.
Less site hardware, more 'user management' of key services and the emergence of Cloud technology all results in a need for MSP business owners to re-focus on being a business enabler rather than just an IT company
Therefore IT business owners need new skills to both grow and adapt to their companies.

A real person
We have all met people who offer help and support to our business and appear to be super-human; Like Mary Poppins.......... practically perfect in every way. Well I'm not and I'd be the first to admit it. I work with people who are trying to make a better way in their business, a better life for themselves and to free time from what was once a passion and may now look like a treadmill. Working together we can achieve many more things than you might achieve alone and more importantly its helpful to have help, support, a confidence boost and peer review to make sure you keep working towards a brighter future.
